Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the tool or equipment in its original box, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label to the outside of the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item to confirm it is in resalable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
